2015 Petroleum and Investments Limited was established in 2015 as an indigenous energy company that specializes in the downstream sector of the Nigerian petroleum industry. Our core business activities include importing, marketing, and distributing petroleum products. We are committed to delivering excellence and quality to our customers, stakeholders, and investors, and creating lasting value.

2015 Petroleum was founded by seasoned professionals with over 60 years of combined experience in the Nigerian Oil and Gas downstream sector. We have leveraged our collective industry knowledge to create a sustainable business model that focuses on generating enduring value.

Our approach is to merge our team’s expertise with the best business practices and innovative strategies to become a leading player in the Nigerian downstream sector. We aim to achieve this by maintaining a strategic focus on bulk sales and distribution of petroleum products, such as PMS, DPK, ATK, AGO, Base Oils, and LPFO. Additionally, we engage in product importation and trading from ex-depots within Nigeria.

To maximize our growth potential, we have established partnerships with major depot operators within our operating areas for product storage via throughput arrangements. We have also partnered with leading vessel owners for cargo delivery. As we progress, we remain committed to identifying growth opportunities in line with our established framework.

Under our long-term project timeline, we are diversifying our operations from core functions such as marketing of petroleum, fuel trading, supply chain management, specialties and chemicals, lubricants, offshore supplies, and bunkering to engineering, procurement, and construction, equipment supplies, manpower services, and retail convenience services.
